Terms of Use

Last updated October 14, 2026

The short version: Classeem is a free set of classroom tools, offered in good faith for teachers, parents, and students. Here's what that means.

A free service

Classeem is free to use for educational purposes. You're welcome to make, print, and use the worksheets and other materials you create for your classroom, home, and personal use, with no fee — and no account required.

Optional accounts

Creating a free account (My Classeem) is entirely optional and adds a personal dashboard — saved Library setups, favorite tools, Learning Path progress, and recent activity. Keep your sign-in link and account private — it's meant for one person. An account is an adult account for the teacher, tutor, parent, or homeschooler using Classeem; it is not, and should not be used as, a student's own account, and Classeem does not ask you to create one for a student or child. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently removes your profile and the data associated with it (the Privacy Policy explains exactly what that covers).

Optional email

Sign-in links are essential and always send. Any other email — product updates or feedback invitations — is opt-in only, controlled from Account settings, and never assumed just because you created an account. Opting in to product updates may start with a short welcome series in your first week; every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

Provided as is

The tools are provided “as is,” without warranties. We work hard to keep the math correct and the layouts clean, but you're responsible for reviewing any material before you use it in a classroom.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service or try to disrupt how it works. The content you generate is yours; because the tools run in your browser, what you type stays on your device and isn't uploaded to us unless you choose to save it to an account or send it to us.

Changes

We may update the tools and these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If anything here is unclear, or you have a question, email hello@classeem.com or use the contact page.
