Start from the grade band
Each band loads a sensible default word count for every skill — switch skills on or off afterward rather than starting from scratch.
Use the cover page as a checklist
The generated cover page lists every section with its page range, so you can hand a page count to a co-teacher or aide.

How the weekly literacy practice pack builder works

This pack doesn't generate a new kind of word list — it composes Classeem's existing sight-words, CVC words, and spelling generators, each producing its own real worksheet exactly as it would on its own page.

Each section's worksheet PDF is built independently, then merged into one PDF at the page level, in a fixed logical order (sight words, then CVC decoding, then spelling). A cover page lists what's inside; if you include the answer key, CVC decoding's and spelling's key pages are gathered together at the very end of the pack (sight words is a read-and-write warm-up with no answer key of its own, so it never contributes one).

Everything happens in your browser using the same generators as their standalone pages — nothing you configure here is uploaded or sent anywhere.

What's actually inside the generated PDF?

A cover page listing the pack contents, then each selected skill's worksheet pages (sight words, CVC decoding, spelling), and — if you keep the answer key on — CVC decoding's and spelling's answer keys gathered at the back.

Why doesn't Sight Words have an answer key?

Sight Words is a read-and-write recognition drill, not a test with a checkable answer — there's nothing to key. CVC decoding and the spelling check both do include one.

Can I control the word count of each skill individually?

The grade band sets a fixed, age-appropriate default word count for every skill in the pack. For fine-grained control over one skill (a custom word list, a different practice mode), use that skill's own worksheet generator directly and link back here for the full weekly pack.

Why does this pack stop at Grades 2-3 instead of going further?

CVC decoding practice is a foundational early-reading skill that doesn't fit older grades — rather than stretch the pack to cover grades it doesn't genuinely serve, it's scoped to early literacy. A separate pack for older grades, built from different skills, is a real possibility down the line.
